Refund and Returns Policy

Payment and Refund Policy:

You do not have to pay to SignUp for UTLin’s services. By Signing up you are not entitled to see all the resources and use the generative AI services automatically. You may be permitted to see certain free resources and you may be provided certain free tokens to sample and learn more about UTLin’s services.

Course Subscription:

You may choose to subscribe to different courses i.e. subjects on UTLin and for that you will be paying a per subject/course price for a monthly/annual subscription.

Paying the subject/course subscription only enables you to access the default output for all the prompts for the periodicity that you have chosen.

Pl. ensure that you subscribe only for the periodicity and subjects that you want to subscribe, the subscription cannot be cancelled and there will be no refunds.

Token Purchase and Usage:

Users with a valid subscription for a course will be able to customize or personalize the output of each prompt if the user has a positive balance of tokens. User can add tokens by purchasing the same. The token usage will be based on the AI version being used and the total length of the topic or chapter being queried and the length of the output.

Tokens once purchased are non cancellable, non refundable and non transferrable. The token balance will be maintained in the user’s account and it can be used across multiple subjects that are subscribed by the user.
